CDA Ingenieros del Perú manufactures three-phase and single-phase transformers with liquid refrigerant (which can be oil, silicone or FR3) of medium power for large industries, shopping centers, buildings and those who require higher power capacity. At the customer's request, special technical specifications for installation and protection can be provided. Always in compliance with national standards NTP 370.400 and international standards EIC 60076.

CHARACTERISTICS: 

• Its system is of a natural type (ONAN).
• In terms of design, they are robust enough to withstand all kinds of conditions when exposed to the elements.

SINGLE-PHASE OIL-FILLED TRANSFORMERS

• From 5 to 160 KVA.
• Its isolation level is 12, 24 and 36 KV.

We can find models known as Pole Type Transformers, which are located in distribution networks or substation types for floor mounting. They are usually immersed in insulating oil to be connected in medium voltage networks: Phase-Phase (up to 33 KV) or Phase-Neutral (MRT System 13.2 KV), with a maximum BIL of 200KV.

There are also single-phase distribution transformers immersed in oil, with a temperature variation of 65ºC above the ambient temperature, thus complying with the requirements of the IEC and ANSI standards.

THREE-PHASE OIL-FILLED TRANSFORMERS: OVERHEAD AND CONVENTIONAL

• From 10 to 3000 KVA
• 12, 24 and 36 KV Isolation Levels

They are located in distribution networks or substation type for overhead pole or substation mounting. They are also immersed in insulating oil to be used in networks with delta or star connections in voltage levels up to 33 KV, maximum BIL of 200KV..

Another variant are the three-phase distribution transformers immersed in oil, with a temperature variation of 65º C above the ambient temperature, complying with the requirements of the NTP-ITINTEC, IEC, ANSI standards. Their configuration is made according to the connection requested by the standard or the customer, being the most used for a single voltage level: Dyn5 ó Yyn6and for double voltage level Dyn5-Yyn6 ó Dyn5-Dyn5.

This type of transformer does not contain any protection accessories, therefore lightning arresters, over-voltage and overload protections must be supplied by the purchaser.
