Thermovacuum Treatment

Complete replacement of the transformer dielectric oil with new oil and/or oil treated by combined thermo-vacuum cycle.

One of the key elements in the operation of both power and distribution transformers is the insulating liquid, which in most cases is mineral oil.

In CDA Ingenieros del Perú we have an ideal team to carry out tasks of transformer oil treatment by Thermovacuum.

To guarantee the final quality of the oil after recirculation, a dielectric strength test will be carried out applying the IEC-156 standard, where values > 50 kV must be obtained, with hemispherical electrodes that according to the ASTM 826 standard must be 2.5 mm thick.
